On the front of the new home shirt, there is a vertical “success bar code” pattern that records the successes of Germany national soccer team in the previous World Cup and European Football Championship. The numbers on both sleeves stand for the years of famous victories; the “54-74-90-14” on the left sleeve represent that the team won the World Cup four times, and the “72-80-96” on the right sleeve represents that the team won the European Football Championship title three times.
Schweinsteiger, captain in Germany national soccer team, says “The jersey stands for success, and the classic colors fit together perfectly. For the first time, the famous three stripes of adidas do not show up on both sleeves of the new shirt, but they appear on the side. Details of black, red and gold decorate the shirt.” Oliver Bierhoff, manager in Germany national soccer team, says “The design of the new home shirt is classic and clean. The jersey represents the way we want to see the team play during the UEFA Euro 2016 in France: focused, straightforward, efficient.”
Adidas use adizero technology to produce lighter and more comfortable jerseys so that the players move faster on pitch. The new shirt is lighter by 10% than the one the team wore in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and it helps quickly release heat of the player in the match with the ventilative material on the back.
The home jersey is not enough and we also strongly recommend 2016 Germany Away Black & Grey Soccer Jersey Shirt to you.
